You might be wondering about the name Fit4.
It's inspired by my last name, Konig, which means "king" in German. (Get it? Fit4 a king?) But, it's also a nod to my faith and the 4 principles that guide my coaching - Restore, commit, strengthen, and establish. These 4 principles are found in 1 Peter 5:10 and what gave Fit4 Training its name.
